My name is Edith Courtney & I am an eclectic designer that likes to combine streetwear and haute couture. I aim to make sustainable statement pieces. I find influence in major fashion houses like Balenciaga and apply their exaggerated silhouettes to everyday wear.
I’m currently working on multiple projects but after a trip to MOMA in New York, I’ve been sketching some designs inspired by some art works I loved.
Some recent inspo. I’ve also been searching for a perfect hoodie for a while now so I think it will be cool to design some that I would actually wear

The most recent Marc Jacobs show has me wondering if they are rebranding or just trying to stay relevant. The looks are very subversive but could also be easily compared to Rick Owens

Balenciaga’s definitely my favorite major fashion house since I’ve been interested in fashion on a more academic level #lol. My obsession truly started with the knife boot and pretty consistent all black + primary colors palette which is just so good. Recently I’m loving the oversized blazer & broad shoulder silhouette, so I’m incorporating it in some of my designs.
